        I had to purchase my own utility dolly because they didnt have any in stock when I rented the truck on 2/17/24. Not professional. Listening, understanding your customer's needs, thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment will ensure they leave with a great impression. A happy customer will return often and is likely to spend more. They may also refer other people to your business. And improve your employees attitude towards your customers they are working in the public
