A waste of time. Was told one thing on the phone to be told the opposite in person. Tax preparer seemed so lost & didn't have a clue on what she was doing. GladcI dodged that bullet; I'll file myself with turbo, atleast I see the work they do for the fees.

skills was immaculate, she was
dedicated, patient, outspoken, and lively! She made me feel safe, secured
and welcomed from the time I enter the
building until the time I departed!
