      image Awful experience here and very expensive. They raise their prices every year. Made an appointment to get our taxes done, showed up and they only had one associate and two appointments for the same time. The other people got in front of us and we waited over two hours to get our taxes done while Gloria talked to them about the cruises she had been on knowing we had already complained 3 times. Once we finally got to get our taxes done, over 2 hours past our appointment time, it only took 10 minutes (only had one form) and they charged almost $400. Yet other people will get coupons for complaining about the high prices. We got no coupons or anything, even after waiting 2 hours with an appointment made days before. Never going here again.
