The lady in the food permit dept. Was unprofessional and wasnt helpful, her attitude was awful towards me I hope people treat her like she treated me so she would understand.she need training on how to treat the public. I took a video and I will be posting it on you tube.

This place is useless, I called and was hung up on, then the second time she said, and what do you want me to do?, Dont even waste your time calling people here are useless.

The security guard was amazing and funny. The lady at the front desk can't tell that the DTap and TDP are the same. Also, she was rude. Not helpful, and disrespectful. I also waited on the phone for 30 minutes and still no one answered the phone. Do better.
On a happier note the security got a dr pepper and chips as a tip. Because he was so amazing and that's what he wanted!
If You are in human services, gain some humanity.

Don't listen to these reviews, they are just really angry people who didnt get their way. Everyone was really nice to me since I lost my covid card and they saved me a trip downtown to get it back...so yes its a good place to go

No matter what time or day you call you will never get an answer! I went to this location and was told no one there could help! How can you service the public and not be able to help! Terrible customer service! I would give them a zero if I could!
