I called this place multiple times to set up an appointment and no one ever answers the phone but it says call to make an appointment .. Then I wake up early to go as soon as they open just to make an appointment and it was 8:30 when I got here and they were closed with no sign or nothing . I thought the new building would come with better service but I guess not

They never answers the phones ppl barely be in there and they still dont answer they have bad attitudes very rude females in here we complain yet they still dont answer the phones

Phone just keeps ringing. I have called 10 times in the past 20 minutes since 8am and have not gotten anyone on the line. They tell you to schedule appointments right at 8am opening, yet they often do not answer the phones. And when I call the main branch for information all I hear is "I'm in a completely different building, you'll have to keep trying." The health department needs more oversight over its branches. The county is failing us.
