Dr. Shannon Riedley Malone

Excellent doctor. She delivered my second child, and it was a great experience. She is always happy and friendly. She is thorough and has good attention to detail. She talks through any concerns, allowing her clients to feel confident; she is extremely talented. She took great care of me and my baby. Highly recommend.

Dr. Malone was my OBGYN for my first child. She is an amazing obstetrician and surgeon. I found her to be very caring and attentive. I had certain needs during my pregnancy, and Dr. Malone and her office addressed them timely. Dr. Malone's office is very efficient, and I was always seen within 10mns or less of my appointment times. The nurse line were prompt in returning my phone calls. I also found the front desk and lab staff to be very friendly and professional. Great office. I highly recommend them.

My wife was fired by Dr Malone when she was 7 months pregnant. No warning beforehand. In hindsight it was a hidden blessing as we found a much more understanding and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Malone is the BEST OBGYN I've had! She's been my OBGYN for over 8 years! She listens to my concerns and she's genuinely concerned about my health. She comes up with a plan that is best for me and my health. She does not pressure me to do anything. She's very thorough and explains everything until I understand it. The staff at Engbertson Center for Women are all amazing too! The office is very clean and my appointment time is always respected.

I chose Dr. Malone based on all of the positive reviews but that was a mistake. Shes very dismissive and passive aggressive. I feel like she wouldnt listen to what I had to say. I went into her office at 20 weeks in a ton of pain to where I could barely move and she literally brushed me off and said well youre supposed to be cramping at this time. At my last visit, after asking a couple questions, She told me, I think you need to take a step back because of your anxiety. Uhm, okay thanks. I really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but at 27 weeks pregnant, I finally decided to switch OBs at a completely different practice because I dont want to deal with Dr. Malone anymore. I wish I wouldve switched sooner to be able to have a good experience because I always left my appointments annoyed. My new OB is very understanding. I personally would NOT recommend Dr. Malone.
