I have gone to this store multiple times and NEVER leave disappointed. The items are always great but what really sets this store apart is it's custom service. The two women who run the store are AMAZING!!! I told them today that they should run the sister store next door, which leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service if they don't think you are well off. Please please please stop by this store...I promise,you won't regret it.

Love shopping here!! The staff is super helpful and go above and beyond, and I cant thank Nicci enough for all her help and making my shopping experience here so easy and fun!

Good experience. Came in with my boyfriend for his birthday. We were able to smell high-end cologne. The customer service was top tier. I felt like I was out of town on vacation. I recommend this store if you are a gentleman looking for a new shopping experience.

Very disappointed. When I shop its not only about the merchandise, its about the experience. Any store that will allow its customers to have multiple loud speaker phone conversations going on while shopping is not for me. No doubt Joseph for men has very nice clothing, shoes and accessories, but as far as providing an atmosphere where clients can shop without rude, disrespectful, and loud speaker phone conversations going on they fall way below a high end standard. Also, there was a gentleman wearing a tank top with exposed hairy armpits trying on blazers and sport coats. I hope he bought them, because I feel sorry for the next person trying them on if he didnt! Ill shop Gucci on line or wait until Im in Palm Beach or New York. I will never step foot in this store again. Again, a very big disappointment. They need to raise their standards to meet the level of their labels.

Joseph Men's store has a great selection of high end items that you can't find anywhere else in Memphis. Nicci is always a great help, ask for her for top notch service!
