        I purchased a bedroom set from royal on summer Ive had to exchange my mattress out 4 times each time the replacement voucher is less than what you paid for it so to get something better you have to pay out of pocket . Why they dont refund the money I paid for a bad mattress you just lose your money instead of them giving me a store credit or something. Ive never been satisfied with royal furniture and I dont recommend them to anyone period Ill never shop with them again. Mr Houston and Byron are cool people but royal furniture products are TRASH # THOSE 2 Stars was a mistake I give them half a star

      Hi, Reginald! We do regret to hear that you have had issues with your mattresses. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or refunds on any bedding. As long as the mattress has warranty coverage, we would dispatch a technician to inspect for defects and replace the mattress if it is determined to have a defect. Also, if any discounts were provided at the time of purchase, the discount would be taken out of the amount of the credit provided.
