Bought a new fridge on October 25 2 weeks later the fridge is not working i call and Jason tells me oh you have to call the manufacture for the warranty we only warranty out the door called the manufacture the day before Thanksgiving the repair company comes out he will have to order the part. Today is Dec 3rd. Just spoke with them it will be 10 days they will call me when it comes in . I ask you the people Deal or Steal ?? ?

Purchased a refrigerator a month ago and it went out the same week I purchased it.. I was told I needed to contact the warranty department which not a lot of help they were . . I missed a whole day at work for what they called a "Temporary appointment" I never heard of anything like that.. so someone finally comes from fridgedair and looked at the unit and told me the first mistake I made was purchasing it from that store. I am 6 months pregnant and have had to throw out the food that I just purchased and have since been forced to eating out which everyone knows is expensive especially three times a day.. I can't cook anything because I cannot keep leftovers properly cooled. I highly recommend never buying anything from them .
