I brought in a nice dress shirt to be dry cleaned. They ruined the shirt. After I sent in a complaint. They called me and said the shirt was fine and I could come in and pick it up. They said that they compared it to the shirt online and it looked the same. However, there is no link of the shirt and when I asked them to send me the link they said sure but have not sent a link for over a month. I asked repeatedly for the link but they could never replicate it. Not only did they ruin a 300 dollar shirt but they also lied about their process. I would never bring clothes to this cleaner again and would recommend people take their business elsewhere

I use Bensingers because our options are limited on good cleaners. Ive had several problems, but rarely complained. I took a jacket in and the owner accuse me of having bugs, and stated that a bug destroyed my jacket. Not true. I just picked up my last pair of pants from them and I took it out of the plastic and the same stain is there. I wish I could post a picture to show the stain. They have totally lost a customer and I dont even want to take them back to be cleaned but Im going to because they charge way too much to give you dirty clothes. Service: Laundry pick-up

I have never written a review and based on their customer service, I doubt anyone here checks these but anything I can do to get someone to avoid this place at all costs. I dropped wedding dress off to be cleaned and boxed/preserved in June. A week later, someone called me with a quoted price before they could start my dress. The price seemed a little high, but I am fine with paying a good amount for really high quality service. And this was my wedding dress so I wanted the best. A month and a half goes by and I get zero contact about the dress being done. At the beginning of August, I get a call that my dress has been ready for weeks and they were waiting for me to come get it. I explained how I literally had not been contacted that it was done. The lady on the phone explained that it was hanging there and I told her that I brought it in to be preserved and boxed. She explained that they had no boxes available. I asked why no one had called me to tell me that change and she had no answer. She then gets off the phone to look around and explains that she did find a box big enough and they would call me at the end of the week. A week and a half goes by with no contact. This time, I call and ask if I can come pick up my dress and of course it was done, just no one cared to let me know. I come into the store and the poor sales lady who doesn't work at this location had to call her manager 3 times in order to ask her how much they should charge me because it was pulling up in the system as $0. I eventually pay and the box I was given was damaged on one side. Like I said, I don't mind paying good money for a good service. But if you are looking for good service, I recommend somewhere else.
