        Robbed at gun point and attempted car jacking right infront of the doors. Called office for footage. I was told it couldnt be leased even with a police report if detectives dont ask for it MPD isnt the fastest so I was left with no answers. Not safe.

        I biked by Qahwa, located at the base of the Claridge House. It's a coffee shop where I had a tasty latte and cherry danish. A couple playing chess and one on a laptop, friendly and inviting.

        Amazing views, safe area bc of police presence, new pool, elevators, many upgrades to building, storage facilities downstairs, jacuzzi, meeting room and rooftop grills and gathering space. Very walkable and convenient.
