        Wonderful apartments, many of which are rented out on AirBnB. Weve stayed at three different ones. There are so many great little restaurants close that well never check them all out. The Orpheum Theater is a short walk away, which is the main reason that we stay here. And Earnistines and Hazels is a short walk as well.

        Very clean. Great up and coming neighborhood. Parking was secure. Apartment had all the amenities we could need. Outside sidewalk needs replaced but that's probably a city job. Great walking distance to just about everything.

        Beautifully remodeled apartments for vacation rentals. Great location, secure building snd on-site, assigned parking in a surface lot. The one downside is that the walls are EXTREMELY thin. You can hear everything in the neighboring apartments. Even the snallest noises...drawers opening, sinks running, microwave buttons being pushed.
