I came to this business two years ago and was overly satisfied. My little car was looking amazing, the woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Loved it! However, my most recent visit wasn't satisfying. While they cleaned my car to their best ability, the customer service from the woman at the desk was disappointing. I assumed it was one of those long days, but next time a proper greeting and thank you for coming wouldve been appreciated. The only words she said was my total. Overall my car was clean, certain spots were missed, (cup holders, back of the seats) but hopefully next time I would enjoy one of my most recommended spots for car detailing. Thanks again! Ive visited this place numerous of times. The first couple of times Ive received a great car wash. But the last three times I went it was not so pleasant. I didnt receive service at all. I went at 1pm one time and I was told it was to cold. The time before I was told that it was going to be dark before he can finish. But, I arrived at 4:00 only for a car wash. The time before that he said Im tired, can you come back?..Ive tried to support this business. But the customer service is HORRIBLE! And I always leave a great tip.
