This is a dishonest shop . I brought my truck here for hail damage repair. Ultimately, in the midst of repairs, Joseph caused significant damage to my hood. On pick up, he wanted to file a secondary estimate to place financial responsibility on me and my insurance coverage for further repair to damage he caused. He has at this time completely stopped answering any attempts I have made at communicating about hood replacement that he said hed do. For a business to not only refuse to take ownership of mistakes made and damage caused in their shop, but to also ghost a customer and not respond to make this situation right, is completely reprehensible. Do not give this place your business, unless you want to be lied to and cheated out of proper repairs.

Great service, excellent work. I had a ton of small dent hail damage on my new car and they Mid-South Dent Pro took them all right out. And amazingly, the owner actually worked thru the entire weekend to get finished earl.

Had Joseph repair what I thought were 2 dents in my hood. Turns out that after he put the flood light on it, there were 5. All fixed, and it looks perfect now. Would highly recommend. I'm a very critical person (OCD), and the repair seriously looks awesome.
