Tint World

This is my third vehicle that I brought here. Customer service has always been great. Products have always been great. My last vehicle that I had done had a hair stuck in the window. It was still within the acceptable range of being a good product to give back to a customer however, it was in the view of a side mirror, so it would always be looked at. They agreed to redo the window and have me out within 45 minutes. Great work. Service: Sun control window tinting

If you would enjoy nano ceramic tint installed on your vehicle and do not mind the items described below, then Tint World is for you; - Refuse to identity manufacturer of the nano ceramic tint applied to your vehicle - No manufacturer warranty - Have installer forget to install parts that were removed during tinting process on a brand new vehicle - Hazy blue/purple hue appearance when viewing out your windshield if anything at 50% VLT or above nano ceramic is applied. I ended up paying to remove the tint that was applied to my windshield and went with a business that provides tint manufacturer, roll number and warranty card - not a receipt from Tint World that you must carry around since their computer systems are not linked to other Tint World facilities. Maybe I could have had Tint World remove the tint at no cost, but I simply do not trust them with my vehicle; Its a clear sign of trouble, when the business restricts the view of the bay used to tint vehicles by blacking out the windows. Point blank - any tinting business that does not provide the tint manufacturer, roll number and a warranty card from said tint manufacturer, then that business is conducting shady business practices. Called on a Monday afternoon to get an estimate. They asked me to come in that Tuesday morning to give me an estimate on detailing. They were able to do it right away, waited about 2 hours which was the time frame told. Friendly staff as well. However, the stuff I had in my car because I didn't expect them to do it right away, they just threw everything in the back. Stuff came out of bags and I had to spend time finding my name tags for work (which didn't get put back in my car I had to go back in the store to get them) and putting things back in their bags. There were also some dirt spots left. The guy did come out to explain he didn't know where everything went, but I still don't understand how stuff in my bags just got dumped out. I personally won't go back, but if you need something done quick and a bit overpriced feel free.

This place is the very best around. They are the ONLY shop in the Memphis area that has Sony ES, Elevated Standard which is the the best stereo system available! I love love love my speakers I feel like I have a whole new car!
