      image I attempted to enter the bank and wait in line as the drive-up teller was busy. I stood in line for 3mins without any type of acknowledgement--not even so much as a greeting, we will be right with you or anything. I proceed to the drive-up teller--the inside teller then requests for assistance which took the drive-up teller away from her post as i was waiting again. Poor customer service.
