I can't put into adequate words how grateful I am for the care given my mother by the incredible staff and management at Harbor Chase Germantown TN. In the 2 years that mom was there, we didn't encounter a single uncaring person, and that says a lot! The food is incredible, there are plenty of activities, and the place is immaculately clean! I'm convinced that these wonderful people added years of high quality life for our dear mother. God Bless you all!

Great location! Beautiful building inside and out! Perfect accommodations for my parents. Top notch staff - still learning names but for now HUGE Shout Out to Stephanie, Jennifer, Russell, Tony and Mark for ALL going above and beyond our family's expectations in easing the transition process! Red Carpet welcoming for my dad was wonderful and most appreciated! My mother will love the same welcoming when she arrives in the very near future. HarborChase of Germantown feels less like assisted living and more like a resort!!

They are the friendliest, most helpful peopleuntil youre a resident. (Memory care- the cove). Trying to get someone on the phone to get update on mom was impossible. Even after multiple texts/phone calls and eventually a meeting with management to voice my frustration. Things missing from her room within days of her arrival- iPad, new make up still in box, birdhouse that was handmade by her stepson, and her wedding ring. Anytime she got aggressive or exit seeking, wed get a phone call.either come and deal with her or they would send her to psych facility. But most concerningmy stepfather took her home on a Monday evening, appr 7pm. When I went to get her clothes around 9am Tuesday, the aide that took care of her frequently said as I walked by her to moms room, and I quotemorning miss Lisa. Shes still in bed Not only had no one checked on her that morning, breakfast was over with. Apparently no one went to get her for breakfast. Makes me wonder how many other meals she missed, because no one went to get her. It was one of the most traumatic experiences, during a very difficult time of trying to keep mom safe. Fortunately, we have found 2 wonderful ladies that, along with family members, are able to be with her 24/7. All I can say is that, in terms of the memory care unit, buyer beware! Edit: In response to reply from Harbor Chase- Although I do appreciate the fact you reached out, but I must ask To what end? The majority of our grievances were discussed with your management staff, ad nauseam, while mom was a resident. I waited several months before I posted my review, to allow most of the emotional responses to ease down, and I could give a more informative, fact based review. Not this time Mom died this week. At home, peacefully in her sleep. One of my first thoughts as I dropped to my knees in grief? Thank God she wasnt at HC.Lord only knows how long she would have laid there before yall bothered to check on her.

You'll change what you may have perceived about assisted living when you step into the luxurious accommodations at HarborChase of Germantown! It feels like a resort with its modern and beautiful decor, wide array of activities, and kind and enthusiastic staff. When Stephanie gave me the tour, I knew immediately that this would be a safe and nurturing home for my dad. The staff has been very attentive and patient during his transition, and Stephanie's timely follow-through regarding any concerns or requests put us at ease and provided such a warm welcome for my family. The lovely 2 bedroom accommodations are spacious and ideal for my father, who needs some assistance, and my mother who is independent. HarborChase is the place for luxurious assisted and independent living!
