This guy straight up scammed me. Stay away from this company .R&D works with Choice Home Warranty. I submitted a claim through Choice and my they sent R&D out. The guy told me my dishwasher was broken and my warranty company would have it fixed for me and then he went and reported to them that I was responsible for the damage. I paid him $75 for coming out. And when I tried to call him to ask about the claim and what he told me, he never answered the phone. Stay away from this company. They doing some shady stuff!

I purchased an oven from Roy Appliances for a rental house. The appliance was said to be new. When my tenants moved in a week later and tried to used the oven it didnt work. I called Roy several of times but he told me it was out of warranty. The warrant was just for two week he told me. I purchased it on June the first. Called him on the 17th. What company gives you only two weeks on a new product. He told me the warranty had expired and he couldnt do anything for me. He was very rude and nonchalant. And hung the phone up on me. Call him back because the refrigerator was doing the same thing no response sent a text and still nothing. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
