        They planted Leland cypress trees in front of our fence, assured me they would be fine planting by pine trees, and with not much sun. They started getting brown spots in February, so I messaged them. They assured me they would be fine and it was just from the winter weather. I waited a few weeks and messaged them back as they were worse.. no help. They are now dead and the company will do nothing to stand behind their product. We followed all care instructions and all they have done is blame us, or the winter weather. I am sick over this and all the money we spent. No trees similar to this in our neighborhood have died so it was not the winter weather.

      I apologize for this experience. As mentioned earlier I was in contact over the holidays which is something no other business would have done during the holidays. We also have 20 years of experience in the work we do. There was nothing we did different planting these trees. I apologize for what happened and as I mentioned earlier I did for sure answers your questions as to when you sent them.
