The good: Anastacios (the owner) prices and plant selection were excellent. He came out and planted over 16 trees for us and made sure everything was planted to our satisfaction. Sadly, one of our dogwood trees was not planted deep enough and it started to lean over. After many attempts to contact Anastacio , he came back and fixed the tree. Sadly, they still did not fix the tree. We came back from vacation and it was leaning over AGAIN. After an exhausting amount of time trying to contact Anastacio (over s month) he finally promised to come and fix the tree and look at 2 others that are dying. He stood us up 3 times. The not good: after being stood up 3 times I told him that I was going to post honest reviews about my experience and that I will be contacting the better business bureau. That got his attention and he said he will come out and fix the tree or replace it if it dies but he is very busy. Over 10 days have past and no answer. So here is my review. I will be calling the BBB next. Great place to buy trees but beware if you have a problem.
