        As I pull up to the establishment to get my vehicle oil change there are 3 cars in line, also there is a 4th car sitting 75/80ft from the line so proceed to pull forward to get in line. The manager Wayne comes out and makes me move my vehicle so that the guy sitting off to the side could get in front of me. There was nobody in the parking lot directing flow I pulled up the same as I do any other day and was refused service. From this day I will not be using this store the manger attitude was rude and disrespectful and I wouldnt recommend anyone going here if the line is based off of who the manager prefer to service first. Very unprofessional.

        Hello, Sunday Jan 28th 2024 my brother took my car to this Valvoline on Gallatin pike and they forgot to put back on the engine top that day they called ahead couple hours later to tell us and didnt thing much of it, today my car made a jerking motion when put in drive I ran a Engine oil check and it was empty, took it to get an oil change with 2000 miles before supposed next oil change by the way, it turns out the oil filter wasnt tightened and oil was leaking out causing the car to jerk from there being no oil. I understand mistakes are made but for me to pay for a service that was faulty from day one makes me a bit mad that my car now may have a bigger problem because of something that was cause by a simple visit to get my oil changed
