        Have had nothing but issues since buying this car. They put the wrong capacity oil filter on my car, had a bad fan, and To top it all off, they use rural king batteries and the one they put in my car doesnt even have high enough cold cranking amps. Genuinely could not be more disgusted with their service dept. Its like theyre just making stuff up as they go and putting random parts on random cars.

        Second time going here and disappointed both times. Waited 3 hours today for an oil change and an alignment I finally went and asked them how much longer it was going to take the lady was rude asking me who helped me I didnt know considering the man never told me his name she gave me a dirty look and said you dont know who helped you? after that she found out who helped me told me to follow her then said never mind because he was on lunch. She grabbed my paper work from his partner and told me to follow her to check out. So basically my paper work was just sitting at a desk while the mans on lunch and my cars done. Who knows how much longer I would have waited if I didnt ask. Never coming back nothing but rude people and bad communication
