Verizon has great service, I love it! But, where they get you is they charge you for everything then barely give you data an you have to buy more cause if you go over they will charge and when you get your bill you may thing it will be one amount but that bill will jump out of the envelope and slap you lol that's how high it will be. I just got tired of paying an arm an leg for service when I got other bills and a family to raise so I left verizon.

Horrible customer service from the store manager! They added a extra line for no reason and changed us way more than they said and now we are having trouble getting the extra line removed. Will never go to this store again. Store manager even said we could take our business elsewhere. Only getting one star because I have to select something.

I don't like that they charge $39.00 to transfer your contacts and things from your old phone to your new phone after you pay over $1,200.00 for a new phone purchased through their store. They did give a trade-in credit for $400 for my old phone, but I feel as much as we pay them that could have been doubled. Also, a basic phone case and screen protector was over $100.00, and that is with a discount through one of our workplaces. The prices were just too expensive, and the service seemed like it was rushed, and they didn't really care. I guess that's most places now, though.
