Ashlee at this branch and the tellers are amazing and totally killer! Having moved from out of state there has been quite a few kerfuffles with transferring funds from a credit union in CT to here at no fault of theirs. Theyve worked with us every step of the way and been trying to make things as smooth as possible without a hitch. Id recommend this branch to anyone hands down.

Went into open a CD, been with the bank for over twenty yearsThe first girl told me she couldn't help, so see him.I went to him and he said see this other girl.This girl informed me that everyone was busy so sit and wait.While I was waiting this girl and the first sat and drank their cokes and chitchatted about nothing. Everyone could hear them talking about life.After 15 mins I walked out.I will now find an entirely different bank and close out all my accounts.I am also displeased with their banking online. They are so far behind time compared to US Bank and First Horizon.

The office Vice President Amanda is the worst bank employee ever had to deal with. She will misinform you and then if you confront her about the lie she will tell you to your face to take your business somewhere else. I start to see a trend here with this bank. High ranking employees like managers and Vps of branches don't really appreciate their costumers at Wilson Bank. Don't do business with them they only care about your money. They forget that without our money they wouldn't have a job or a bank.
