      image Mrs. Cathleen needs to learn some customer service skills. If she doesn't like her job that well she needs to find something else. Shouldn't have someone else from cumberland street to call in order to get a $25 check cashed.

      image Been banking with Pinnacle for many years now on a personal and business level. I have multiple accounts including CC's and this bank has consistently gone above and beyond any bank I've ever banked with. Dennis Mitchell among many others are amazing when it comes to customer service and just being downright fair to me the entire time I've been with this bank. Every location I've gone too, as I use several, I've never once left unhappy. Thank you all again for all that you do for me and my family!
