Overall, Im really impressed with the level of care and professionalism they provide. Luis explained in depth how they wrap and transport every item. And unlike other moving companies I was speaking to at the time, Craters & Freighters never tried to hassle me to put down a deposit or reservation on the spot. Luis was extremely courteous, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. If I ever need to ship anything or move again while in the area, I will choose them every single time. Outstanding customer service overall.

Luis was able to get my item picked up on very short notice. It arrived at the destination several days later without a scratch. The item was beautifully crated and well padded and protected within the crate. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

I can't say enough great things about this company/people. I have had several coast to coast shipments with them. Each time my items arrived on schedule and packed to perfection. My antiques, old family picture frames and lamps made the journey safe and sound. From picking up, packing, shipping and delivery, I slept well knowing my heirlooms were in great hands.
