Pediatric Consultants

This is the worst pediatric clinic in Knoxville. They do not listen to parents. They rush in and out. Most of the office workers are rude. They have 1 nurse that answers the nurse line who is helpful but that is it. When covid was going on they tested my poor 4 year old 5 times in 1 month. With me telling them she only had a stomach virus. They wouldnt treat the stomach virus inless they could tie covid to it. The final straw was when they turned me over to collections over 1 office copay and refused to see my sick child over 40.00. The copay was for a occupational therapy referral that I never got. Thankfully I found another practice that is more fitting for us. I do not recommend this clinic. I wouldn't take my dog here.

The worst ever the wait time is an hour my appt was at 1:30 didnt get called til 240 and then we just sat in a back room for another hour for shots

My insurance automatically assigned me a doctor here, I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was so rude and unhelpful that I went with another provider. Absolutely unprofessional especially for a children's doctor.

DO NOT TAKE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN HERE!!! After a week of calling multiple times to get a prescription refill I called the appointment line to take him since I couldnt get a reply. The lady informed me he was deactivated due to 1 siblings bill (after speaking with insurance is not allowed with people on Medicaid) but in the urgency of my special needs son needing his medication I paid the first bill (also after talkin to insurance I shouldnt have paid bc she was covered! they never sent it to the insurance) after paying they still refused to activate him or give him a refill and told me I would have to wait for his medical history 2 weeks!! Come to find out the didnt bill insurance for 2 of my children the amount I was bill was over $600 for kids who have never been without insurance. I was with this doctor for 15yrs and had NEVER HAD SOMEONE SPEAK TO ME ABOUT MULTIPLE BILLS PILING UP. They clam letters was sent to my house. But we also was able to prove they was returned to sender and never made it to me. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY
