Knoxville Pediatric Associates (Weisgarber)

my daughter was a patient at this doctors office ever since she was a newborn and ever since ive been taking her to this specific doctors office they keep closing down or moving locations and half the time they dont even give a warning. i had to find a new doctors office because for 2 weeks straight they wouldnt answer their phone due to them being closed for 2 whole months and never gave a call to the patients parents or anything letting them know they will be closed. its a complete joke

Been seeing Dr Robert's since 2015 and she is the nicest doctor. She is very kind and understanding and has a very motherly and doctor approach to each need

I was a patient there my whole childhood and I loved it. My children were patients of Dr. Swabe before he retired and we LOVED him! The nurses were always amazing and so sweet. BUT- we left this year because of the front desk staff. They were never accommodating to our schedules. I have 5 children and had just had my newborn. My husbands work schedule is very tight so I usually go when he is coming home from work or on his off days. One of the ladies had the audacity to tell me after I told her I couldnt go at the time they wanted well you cant miss it. You might just have to pack up all your kids by yourself. And that was my final straw. You do NOT tell a freshly postpartum mother things like that with an attitude. Incredibly inappropriate bedside manner and just plain rude. Be better. Be nicer.
