When I was finally ready to sell my house I turned to Google to find the best realtor. I ended up picking Jodi and I'm so happy I did. She was there to answer any questions I had and also provide useful information. Within 24 hours she had several showings and offers over asking price. My house went from listed to close in 3 weeks! I'm so glad I had Jodi as my realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Jodi Moody with Smokey Mountain Realtors assisted my Mother selling her property in Maryville, TN. From the first phone call to closing, she was so informative and explained every step of the process. She moved quickly to get the property on the market and was very optimistic that it would sell quickly. Jodie was always available by phone or text and answered every question she had along the way. Ms. Jodie was incredible! We closed three weeks after listing! My Mother stated she was so excited. Ms. Jodie presented a beautiful bouquet of flowers in gratitude for allowing her be apart of the journey. Ms. Jodie is the best and my Mother couldnt imagine a better outcome.
