Fruition Cafe

I have no idea why this place has good reviews maybe because it seems like youre eating healthy..?? The cheese is processed American cheese, possibly even the single wrap variety and the turkey was the same. On top of that, the cheese on the hot panini wasnt even melted on any of our sandwiches. We ordered a small raspberry smoothie and a medium strawberry banana smoothie and were charged for two mediums. We had two $7 sandwiches, one $5 sandwich, two smoothies and a bag of chips and were over charged by $8! When we questioned the bill we were immediately snapped at by the owner. Aside from all this, previous posters have said this place was clean there was an open jar of peanut butter just sitting out and several used yogurt containers filled with who knows what that looked like they had been refilled several times without being cleaned. There is also used sunglasses and hats for sale here kinda weird and just a yucky situation for a food place. I did however like the bread.

i love this place so so much! the owner/manager is the sweetest and the prices are amazing!! i got the grilled veggie panini and the caesar salad and both were so great. definitely will be coming back!

This is by far the best place in Knoxville! The most amazing food, which I crave almost everyday there is seriously Nothing like it! Plus they have the sweetest employees that always greet me with such a welcoming smile. My mom and I just love this place :).
