Astronomically bad service. Placed an order ahead and waited patiently for fifteen minutes after the estimated pickup time only to be met with attitude from several of the employees who asked me three separate times the name of the order I was picking up. This is despite the fact I had already told them them the name when I first arrived. When I got the order, it turns out it had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. Not quite sure what was going on as everyone working behind the counter seemed to be laughing and cracking jokes instead of doing their job while a line was forming out the door.

Jersey Mike's food is great. But this location continually makes errors in making our sandwiches. Please enjoy their food at another location, such as Kingston Pike.

Didn't seem like anyone working the shift knew what they were doing, and the sandwich was mediocre at best ....next time I will go next door to Publix and buy a pre-made turkey sandwich, it would have tasted better and been half the cost!...
I don't know what's up Jersey Mike's used to be good?!?!?
