        I have in the last 5 years used Planned Parenthood to obtain hormonal medicine whenever I didn't have insurance. Today I had appointment and they asked for my ID, which I forgot in my other car. I have never been asked for my ID since my first visit in 2016. They said I must call to set another appointment. After trying to reason with them and showing that I had a badge on me from my FedEx job with my name and photo on it, they said that they had a later appointment. If they were able to see me later why didn't they say that in the first place? First they claimed that it was against the law to see me without ID, which is not true-- then the receptionist changed her story to claim that Planned Parenthood is under new management. All of this for a routine refill of a medication I've been taking for years and shouldn't even need an appointment.
