        Jeff in medical records extremely helpful and congenial in providing a cd of an MRI I needed to get an appointment with a neurosurgeon. His performance in providing the cd I needed in such an expedient manner, was part of a team effort, he said; the other members of the team were Joyce and Mitzi. They are all to be commended.

        Everybody there was super friendly and helpful! The guy that was taking care of my paperwork was really nice ands helped explain everything and is also a transformer fan! he even sounded like soundwave

        I just spent several days in Parkwest Medical Center. Those people could not have been nicer. They treated me like I really mattered. Of course theres no perfect thing so there were a couple of small hiccups. In the end its the people for me and that institution has a staff full of good decent people!
