This store is absolutely terrible! I went there on a Saturday and while literally in the middle of talking to a sales person and asking her questions, she completely dismissed me as if I wasnt speaking and started giggling and talking with her friend that had walked in. While there I purchased a bracelet and a charm but I was also trying to get my old bracelet cleaned and rep told me they only clean on Monday thru Thursday during business hours and I would have to come back. Fast forward to today (Thursday) I walk in and tell them I am there to have my bracelet cleaned and I get told they cant help me due to there not being a certain number of people there and I could come back. I live a little shy of a hour from this place and for all the money that is spent there you would think they would be a little more considerate when it comes to their customers.

The sales ladies at this location are very rude. There has been many times Ive gone in the store and was never acknowledged. I was looking at a bracelet on day with a sales lady, a man walked up to ask about a ring price and she walked away from me (I was holding the bracelet) to attend him. I left the bracelet there and walked right out. Today I went into the store, there was a couple in the store being waited on by a male there was a sales lady behind the counter however she never addressed me. I simply walked around the store viewing things before walking out. I went straight to James Avery where customers are appreciated. Today was my last time going into the store, Ill order online!

All good and dandy while you want to purchase something there, but the female staff have rudest and most condescending attitude toward customers who have some questions/concerns about the item they have purchased. The condescending and diminishing tone some female sales associates use there is totally inappropriate, and measures should be taken by the management to correct any behavior of the nature. Very disappointing experience. We will never purchase anything there.

I was just there and the sales people kept skipping me. They dont have a system such as sign in to prevent skipping customers. One girl knew I was waiting and she skipped me twice. Finally Miranda was the only one who was helpful, polite and good customer service. She made shopping pleasant after I was very upset.
