I have used Fountain City Jewelers a few times. Each time I have received super customer service and superb work. I had some rings sized and also a necklace repaired and have been completely satisfied with my experiences.

Have dealt with fountain city jewelers several times. They have always been accommodating and on this last visit, Julie ordered a necklace for a child for me and it is exactly what I ordered will use fountain city jewelry again.

We purchased a bridal set at Fountain City Jewelers as well as had a ring sized. Next purchase will be the groom ring. Julie Maxey and everyone there is so helpful - and they can make anything you have in mind.

We were looking for a specific stone with a specific cut and and very simple setting/band design - Susan (Sparkle Specialist) and Mark (gem setter magician) greatly exceeded our expectations. Susan found the perfect stone, Mark set it just as we hoped and the whole experience stayed within our budget as well at our time frame. Any excuse for custom jewelry in the future will be made with Fountain City Jewelers and their wonderful team
