Kendra Scott

I received an initial necklace as a gift, but the link broke. When I went to the store to fix or replace it, the salesperson made me feel unwelcome and refused to believe the necklace was from their store. Despite my attempts to explain and show proof, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, she offered to fix it, but the experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave the store. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at this location, and I feel that the store caters only to a certain population, which is disappointing.

I've purchased several items for nieces at this store and kept a list so I would know who I'd gifted what. That list was destroyed and I was at a loss... but Ally at the Knoxville store went above and beyond to help me reconstruct the list. She was positive, friendly, and while she was looking up transactions thanked me for shopping with them. Her unique attention to detail is something rare anymore... Kendra Scott herself would be proud of how you are representing her brand! Thank you!

Lovely items and most of the time I have been there the people are lovely but my first time when I arrived one person made me feel like I didnt belong there.
