Would like to commend Clive, at the front desk, for the excellent service we received recently when we stayed overnight, travelling home from Florida. Thanks to Clive, he found us a room even though the hotel was at full capacity. The room was nice and the breakfast was amazing. Thanks again and look forward to coming back later this year !

Honestly the best part of our stay is Mr Mort the breakfast attendant. We stay at hotels often but how he treats, cares and is kind stands out! He pays attention to the guests and goes out of his way to meet needs and do whatever he can to make breakfast go smoothly. My husband and I travel with our three children so when a person does everything he can to accommodate us, it matters. He is very valuable to your business! Also D the omelette chef was fantastic too! He is skilled and very efficient. Also kind and thoughtful too.

I really wanted to like this place. It was ok but there were some things that made the experience sub-par. The Good: - the breakfast was awesome and free - the lobby was really nice (huge fountain and water feature) - the rooms were pretty spacious and I do like the layout. The bad: - the rooms we got seemed really dirty. At first glance they were clean but when you looked closely, there were layers of grime on stuff. - one of our rooms looked out in the roof of the hotel (which by itself was fine) but there was discarded clothing, trash, and tools right outside our window. Seemed sort of trashy. - there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. - the sheets and blankets were THE WORST! Normally Im not too picky about that kind of thing but in this case, they were so bad I couldnt even sleep.
