        Well the pictures really are better than the overall facility. The beds were not comfortable at. We booked the room with 4 people and they only provided two towels. The windows are not locked and do not lock. They can be opened from the inside or outside. The price was good just an average hotel.

        On the road with my husband for work and our first stop was knoxville. Red roof inn was pet friendly and had an indoor pool... Because we had the dog and left home in a blizzard both of those attributes prompted this choice for hotel. Staff was friendly from the minute we arrived... They definitely are pet friendly. The rooms are very big and spotlessly clean. No sign of any bed bugs and they definitely keep up on wear and tear repairs..... Everything was in good shape... My dog figured out how to open the doors there so on our second day there went on a little adventure.... The staff had seen it on camera and they captured her for me but they took it in stride. Thankfully she is as friendly as they are.... With my background as a house cleaner and hotel manager I was very impressed by all aspects of our visit to the Red roof inn and suites East in Knoxville Tennessee!! We will end up back down here and they will definitely be our first choice!! Thank you very much to everyone here for making our first stop in Tennessee AMAZING!! Rooms: Super clean, paint, floors, furniture show very little wear and tear. Housekeepers are friendly and helpful. Linens are clean and bright. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. I was super excited to be able to open the window and enjoy the beautiful weather!

        In this hotel they never clean the rooms. It has terrible attention from the staff and if you ask for a change of bath towels they tell you that they don't have any. I will never stay in this hotel again
