        Beds not mad, breakfast very limited, RUDE FRONT IN DESK STAFF! Property is ran down. Sitting area in front has boards broken out of them, can't sit there. Railings around porch rusted and dirty.

        After a long trip we decided to stay at this hotel, 2 am tired we were exhausted, the first thing I noticed was the sheets were dirty, they never changed them, they were dirty full of hair with the smell of sweat. I had to go down to the front desk to look for clean sheets .Room had mildew in bathroom. Would not stay again.The hotel is old need to be updated.

        This hotel is due for a major renovation. Rooms are outdated and signs of wear and tear are visible. Somehow still okay if your expectations are not high. My bedroom had a connection door with the room beside and I could hear everything from there. Below the average for the price.

      I am sorry but I believe you have reviewed the wrong property. We do not have railings or a porch. We also offer a full hot breakfast. Please make sure this is the correct hotel. We are across the street from West Town mall in Knoxville, TN. There are several Comfort Inns in the area.

      I do not see a reservation under the name listed. Please make sure you are reviewing the correct hotel. We are across from the West Town mall. There are 5 Comfort Inns in our area.
