$30 for parking

For a UT fan this is a great hotel to see, but honestly it's over priced and the fact that on site parking is valet only and $35/night. The rooms are cute and very well made but you're just as good to get a Marriott hotel and pay $20 to park at a game. On game weekend I can only imagine the cost of this place. Nice to say I've been here but now really worth it considering it has no free parking, no pool and a very basic gym. I expected more.

I've been going to Knoxville since I was a little girl and this is by far the coolest place I've ever stayed. The rooms are covered in Vols Memorabilia. My room key was Tamika Catchings and my friend's was Morgan Wallen's childhood pics. They valet park for you in a garage and they have a nice bar. It's a block away from Neyland Stadium and a block away from the strip. Super convenient and just an all out great experience. The location alone would be worth the money. Rooms: The rooms have small nods to legendary Vols. They were nice sized and clean. It's setup like a college dorm. Nearby activities: Close walk to Neyland Stadium and the strip. Walgreens is across the road if you forget to bring anything. Safety: The hotel itself is safe. A valet meets you then you go straight inside and they take your car to their garage. We did encounter several homeless people on the strip and it gave a "travel in groups" vibe. Walkability: Loved the location the most! It's an easy walk to anything you'll need on game day. Food & drinks: There's a bar inside the hotel that had a good inside/outside ratio. The food was typical bar food but I liked the atmosphere.

Annalise was beyond AMAZING!! I don't ever write reviews but her service and attitude, patience and handling of the immense overwhelming amount of people checking in and her ability to do it in a professional and extremely kind hearted manner made my day here in Tennessee. Being from California it was the best service I have ever seen and had at a hotel.
