The room we had was really nice and clean and had two Tv's that came in handy with having a child of 6. Plenty of towels and the breakfast was good. We just stayed for one night after seeing PAW Patrol on Easter weekend. Really couldn't be happier with the experience.

Attendant always gave us a warm greeting, when coming in. The service team was very responsive! The lobby is beautiful, and the design of it is trendy now again, though it may be perceived as not. The hotel is a bit older, so the fixtures in rooms may be worn, and nearly all doorhandles in the hotel, are broken, requiring to be open in an oddly specific way. The pool was well-maintained, and bigger than expected, though it's not large. The pool was usually vacant, due to this hotel not being crowded. Breakfast was easy too. The muffins were good, and they had nice flavors. Rooms: Rooms were okay, though some fixtures are worn out. Door handles for rooms are mostly broken, and the handle requires more force than usual to enter a room. Safety: There was a homeless man asking for money near the parking lot. The area might be sketchy. Walkability: The area is mostly comprised of "stroads", with not many places in proximity, other than a cheapo gas station. It's not very walkable, and safety is questionable.

We've stayed at this hotel several times in past years when traveling to visit family. Our recent stay this past week will be our last stay at this hotel. Room was dirty and smelled musty. Dust on all services, carpeted flooring had crumbs and other "debris", and room had a bad smell to it. Never again. I'd rather sleep in my car for the night, cheaper and cleaner!

Our second floor room was dingy, dirty and musty. Friends of ours on the same floor reported the same. The mattress was no better than a futon with a dent in the middle that required you to sleep on the edge to avoid falling into the middle. After checking in late the first night my wife found a bloodstain on the comforter the next afternoon. Trying to keep her from making me move to a new hotel, I asked for a different room. We were placed in a fourth floor room that was perfectly acceptable. I guess if you have to go here avoid the second floor, but to be safe just go somewhere else.
