I have been coming to Knox Wellness for a year and a half. This place has been a God send! They've helped me get my chronic lyme disease to a manageable state as well as get all my vitamin levels to optimal. I went to a regular doctor for many years with no answers and in a short time Sunny and team have helped overcome so much! The entire staff is beyond friendly, the are more like family :)

I'm a competitive powerlifter, so strength training is like a 2nd job for me. When I came in to see Sunny in 2020, my hormones were all over the place, fatigue was very high, and my numbers in the weight room were stagnant. Since working with Sunny over the last 3 years or so, my powerlifting total has gone from 1,548lbs to 1,752lbs and my health overall is light years ahead from where it was. I'm happier, healthier, and recommend this to anybody, athlete or not, as their first choice to get their life in order and know that they're going to meet with someone who genuinely cares for you as a patient. It is 100% worth the time and money!

I have a long and complex story, but the long & short of it is this simple fact: If I had not gone to Knox Wellness at the time I did, I was either going to be a cripple or experience organ failure. I was extremely ill and my health deteriorated greatly very quickly. Regular Dr's & nurses had misdiagnosed & mistreated my symptoms which put me into a severe adrenal fatigue. I needed a practice that thought outside the box and would get to the root of the problem. It's been nearly 3years I've been under Sunnys care and treatment protocol. She has helped save my life...that's just the truth. If you have a severe case of Lymes and or another toxic infection ontop of it, this is a crippling condition that leaves you hopeless. It's been a long journey and although I still need to be on supplements to function optimally daily, my quality of life is far superior than to folks taking prescription pills that have horrible side effects. I was nearly functioning at about 30% when I had my 1st appointment, now I can say I'm consistently staying near 70% and that is EVERYTHING to me and my family! Unfortunately I have sustained a lot of sensory & organ damage because of the severity of my infections at the time, but I have been able to heal and gain back a little more stability, vitality and strength. Overall since being in the care of Knox Wellness, I have only IMPROVED. So please, if you are suffering and in pain, if you are constantly written scripts and getting worse, you need to come here. The out of pocket costs are trumped by the fact you have a practitioner that actually LISTENS, cares and can get you on the road to recovery. Sunny has been absolutely darling and just downright tremendous to always be available to help with any setbacks, new symptoms and also the knowledge of what bloodwork & tests to run. I have nothing but praise for her and the staff. The atmosphere is also key, it's nothing like a drs office or waiting room, which for me personally, really helped settle my anxiety and gave me more peace of mind. Be open minded and stick to the plan they give you, you will experience results! Best of all it'll be a tailored plan that harmonizes with helping your body help itself with minimal side effects. I highly, highly recommend coming here.
