        I am disappointed with my experience with Pottery Barn. I ordered a bed over a month ago, and despite multiple inquiries, the ship date keeps getting pushed further out. The inconsistent communication has been frustrating, making it challenging to plan accordingly. I expected better service and timeliness, and this prolonged delay has negatively impacted my overall satisfaction with Pottery Barn.

        If I could give customer service a 0 I would. I ordered a comforter before Christmas but needed to cancel the order. Considering I never received a shipping notification & everything said est delivery would be Feb I didnt expect it to be an issue. However, when speaking with customer service they filed a cancellation claim and never heard another word. I called back and they told me they couldnt cancel because shipping arrangement had been made & I would have to return it when I got it IN OVER A MONTH (3 month total from the time I bought it). Making returns & cancellations an overbearingly difficult process is ridiculous for any company. I will not be buying from them again.

        I love the Pottery Barn, prices are on the high side but cant beat the quality. For me, I would rather pay more for excellent quality.
