Cotton On West Town

Really liked this store. Great prices and a solid variety. Seems to always have plenty of deals going on. Clothes appear to be well made but sizes on jeans are rather basic only going by a waist size so length and fit vary. As for the employees, no theyre not the most extroverted people and they didnt really say much and no I was not greeted when I walked in but I could care less about that. When I had questions they were very polite and knowledgeable. I wasnt stared down nor ignored at any point and neither was my fianc. It was a peaceful and enjoyable shopping experience with plenty to choose from. FYI the fitting rooms are open and you dont have to ask for help to enter one.

Probably wont be back here. If you want this to be a good company you need to have employees that represent the company. Not ones who dont greet you when you walk in, not ones who stare you down at the fitting rooms but dont get you a room even when they arent helping other customers, and not ones you ignore you when trying to make conversation. I have had 3 encounters like this and probably wont be back. If you want more business you need to hire people who are more friendlier and less judgmental.
