        Amanda went above and beyond her job to get my wallet replaced under warranty. She took my information and said she would get with the other managers the next day and let me know something. The next morning she called and had everything taken care of. She was a pleasure to work with.

        A couple of weeks ago I went in to just see the selection of wallets that they might have had. I had so much fun with the associates, who were very personable and even turned me on to a different type of wallet than I would have normally purchased. Thank you! I will definitely be back!

They worked so hard to make sure I walked out with a bag that I loved and made certain I had a very personalized shopping experience. I’ve worn Coach bags for years and have always had good customer care experiences but this was beyond special. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be shopping where again!
