I brought my sons playstation in to be fixed a couple months ago needing a new HDMI port and got it back in 4 days. Was super excited. Replaced a TV and the playstation HDMI port stopped giving a signal so I took it back to have it repaired again. Got in back 9 days later. Hooked it up properly the same day and while playing within 10 minutes the HDMI port lost signal again and will not regain a signal. I've paid every time I've had to take the playstation in but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place for playstation repair unless you want to waste your money and time. O feel like it was rigged to turn on. Please if you value your money, don't take your playstation here for HDMI repair

RJ Technology did a wonderful job repairing my son's iPhone. It was the Saturday before the news predicted incoming snow and ice. The part was delayed by the postal service so they stayed open after hours to wait for it and repair his phone. Thank goodness because Knoxville ended up being frozen for several days! If you need a phone or computer repaired give them a call!

These people actually care about people. Best buy geek squad said no data could be retrieved from my hard drive, but Jacob made it happen. Great people

Incredible service! Brought my laptop in for a new battery while only in town for a few days and left with a newer model of my laptop instead when I accidently gave them the wrong battery size. Jacob was very knowledgeable and communicative through the whole process. Wonderful people to work with.
