I spent 5 hours trying to get a new drive in my laptop and failed miserably and they did it at a great price. If your time is worth anything, these people are worth putting in your Rolodex or cell phone....

An incredibly nice gentleman came, but it took three extra hours meaning I paid $1000 for a $600 lap top! The next day I discovered that several issues to my iPhone and iPad came up due to the new laptop entries! Supposedly you you can call and have a conference call to help resolve issues. I called that evening once. No return call. I called twice the next day. No return. So the third day a neighbor who is an IT gal came and could fix all but one issue. I am still waiting for them to help the final issue.
