I almost straight up canceled my at&t service cause of this store. I was with verizon and the sales person made false statement about what our billing was, so we decided to switch to at&t, which one of the manager, Christopher, at this exact store went and did the exact same thing to us but worse making us pay $100's more on our bill. We went down 4 times to this store in person to get it fixed. We decided to call at&t customer service who then proceeded to say this particular manager purposely charged us an expensive plan than what he told us to make commission off of us and he could easily have fixed it. Luckily at&t customer service fixed our plan and my husband filed a complaint. Don't switch to at&t through this store go to another one or at least don't get Christopher.
