I came into the Cedar Bluff store having questions about my Galaxy smartphone and Linwood was very patient and helpful and give me the answers I was looking for. I would recommend the store if you need service or sales.

My family and I were helped by Alex and Tyler to switch over from TMobile. Overall decent customer service. Given 3 stars due to the fact that we were wrongly informed that the military discount would apply $15 off per line each month when in reality it is a set $20 off your entire bill each month, not per line. This was disappointing because in the end, were still paying exactly what we were paying at TMobile and there was really no point to switching carriers. Before leaving the store, we were also not informed that one of our watch lines did not fully switch over so now another stop to have that line added, which will just add more to the bill after being pushed multiple times for a free iPad line. Again, overall decent customer service but did not know or care to give correct information by the sales people that assisted us.
