        Weve lived at The District, formerly Briarcliff at West Hills for 5 years. All of the reviews are valid. However, with new ownership and new management, weve seen a lot of great progress. Maintenance orders are finally happening!! Lori, the new property manager is taking care of business! The grounds have never looked better and I hear building renovations are underway. Its so good to see someone give this place a little love. And the pool is finally opening this year!!

        Looks like they are finally turning things around here. Ashley was extremely helpful and one of the best employees we have had here so far! Very satisfied with her efforts at getting things done the right way!

        It would be nice if yall could fix the pot holes in the over flow parking on teaberry lane. Cant pull out with it scratching my front or back bumper!!!!!!

        Management refuses to fix heat even when its below freezing at night. Gave them a month to fix it and they will not answer so I went to state for them to handle
